Pricing and Availability........ (Due to fluctuations in the metals market, pricing on our web-site may be subject to change.)

Merchandise shown on the web site is subject to stock on hand. Customers should call for availability 3-4 weeks in advance of any special delivery date.

 All prices are based on 14K Yellow gold, 14K White or 14K Rose gold has a 15% surcharge added, unless noted on product detail page.

          14K White, 14K Rose, 18K, Platinum or Palladium are special order metals and are not usually in stock.

How do I order?.......

You may place an order with us via phone, e-mail or fax. Certain items within the site contain a Shopping Bag/Cart with a SSL Secure payment site for online ordering convenience.  In order to provide you with the best possible and personalized service, orders may require a follow up telephone call to verify the details of your order and to process your deposit or payment. 

Payment Methods........

A down payment of 25% will be taken when order is placed, if item is not in stock. Balance of payment will be required prior to shipment of order.

We accept the following methods of payment: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal checks (Domestic Only) and bank wire transfer.

The cost of shipping is added to the purchase price. Item(s) will be shipped as soon as funds clear. Immediately for bank wire transfer, 5 days for personal checks, and 48 to 72 hours for credit card sales.

Shipping........

We will ship to your destination by United States Postal Service or Federal Express. Shipment of finished goods will be insured, while in transit, for the full amount of sale. Signatures are required upon delivery of item. No exceptions!! This requirement is for your protection.

Shipping fees are determined by destination and amount of insurance required to cover the cost of the item while in transit. Fees will be determined at time of purchase.

Regarding international deliveries, Östling & Brooks is not responsible for any additional costs, such as customs duties, VAT, etc. Since customs and duty policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate of these additional fees before ordering. These costs must be paid locally and directly by the customer.

Shipping to APO & FPO addresses…… Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. Östling & Brooks ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail. We cannot provide tracking numbers or specific delivery dates, due to the military postal service.

Pendants........

         All pendants come with a gold filled or sterling chain included in it's price. 

          Precious metal chains are available, please call for selection.

Ring Sizes........

When purchasing rings, sizing is very important. Most of our ring designs are handed. We incorporate a gentle angle to the ring shank making them either left or right handed. This angling makes the ring comfortable to wear and helps with keeping the top of the ring on the top of your finger. When ordering, please specify which hand and which finger the ring is for. Since size is relevant to the amount of gold, platinum, palladium or silver we will use to construct the ring, sizing and pricing goes as follows:

Ladies pricing indicates sizes 3 through 8-¾, Gents pricing indicates sizes 9 through 12 Call for pricing on size 12-¼ and up

Since each ring is handmade for the wearer, we would like you to indicate the size down to 1/4th of a size. Visit your nearest jeweler and ask for your size to be determined. If we do not size you, any adjustment in sizing would be at the customers’ expense.
